Dinner last night. Everything in this meal is courtesy of Green Door Gourmet and Delvin Farms CSA programs and our very own urban (porch) garden. Fresh and local. Our favorite.

The green beans were sautéed in a little bit of olive oil with garlic (courtesy of Delvin Farms) and fresh ground pepper.
The gratin was awesome. The goat cheese was the perfect amount of creamy! Next time, I think we would add a bit more basil and seasonings.
I love eating local and vegetarian. If only goat cheese was “clean.”
